5. How to pay BPs in the MEET.ONE side chain?
MEET.ONE token holders will elect BPs in the MEET.ONE chain. TOP 21 will be active Block Producers. MEET.ONE Foundation will pay the rewards to BPs with a total annual expenditure of 100 million MEETONE tokens. In brief, the side chain doesn’t have any inflation of MEETONE token.
Once the side chain launch, MEET.ONE foundation will transfer 500 million MEETONE tokens to eosio.vpay and 500 million to eosio.bpay. These two system accounts in the side chain will pay the rewards of the next 10 years. eosio.bpay is used to pay the reward of producing blocks to the top 21 BPs, eosio.vpay is used to allocate the voting reward according to the voting weights of all BPs. Every BP team can use the claimrewards function to claim rewards.The minimal threshold for receiving daily rewards is 2000 MEET.ONE tokens.
