We just launched Polka’s in-meeting features in Zoom. Now you can launch a timer or timestamp highlights simply by sending Zoom chat messages to Polka!
That is what became possible:

“Now and some text” — marks a moment along with your comments
All the comments you made during your meeting will show up in the meeting dashboard (we call it “Dancefloor”). It is accessible to you anytime you want.
Set a live timer to pace the discussion ⏳
Calls longer than needed turn out to be the significant challenge of meetings. We came up with an easy and effective fix.
The “5 min” command triggers a 5-minute countdown on the Polka Zoom screen (you see Polka as one of the participants).
That is an awesome, yet so simple, way to keep everyone dedicated to a productive discussion and sets timing boundaries. Any meeting becomes laser-focused.
Use “2 min”, “15 min”, “30 sec” — whatever you need. Everyone on the call will see the countdown. I just love this functionality. I hope it will serve you as well 😊.
The “Cancel” command cancels the previously set timer
If you type ‘Cancel’ in a Zoom chat, Polka will cancel the timer countdown you set before. Polka will shut down a countdown screen, and a regular screen with commands will pop up.
The more you use Polka, the more effective you get — and the more you’re going to need this feature 😁.
