Special Buildings for the Decentralized City

Cars Plant, Helicopters Manufacture, University, College and Hotels soon to become available in the MCP3D.

Special is a new type of buildings to be constructed in the MegaCryptoPolis 3D to allow for a new production chains and features to evolve in the game.

These buildings may require anything from 1x2 to 3x6 adjacent spare land plots and lots of Materials to construct, with no upgrade feature (single-level construction). Influence Points distribution will work the same here to impact the production results along with qualifications of appointed Citizens.

Cars Plant

The first to be introduced is a Cars Plat that will allow ERC-721 Cars Tokens production. Microeconomy model implies a Car parked in any building to reduce Citizen’s Stamina consumption for less Stamina restorations and longer production cycles.

That will be a 2x3 land plots building requiring a team of up to 40 Citizens to operate, generating one Car every 3–5 days with no Speed Up option. Such an operation will consume ~250–350 Stamina Points (so at least a G Generation of Citizen will be suitable for that kind of work) and a lot of complex Materials (like Steel and Glass) and Resources to collect.

There will be no “minimum” amount for Citizens to start production — all ~40 Citizens will be required to start the production.

Resulting Car type, power and color will vary on the qualifications of Citizens and Influence Points. As each Car is suitable only for a certain type of a building, most likely that will be defined by prevailing primary qualifications of appointed citizens, with its power determined by an average qualifications value plus building’s surroundings.

Most likely there will be an option to upgrade a Special Building with Appliances (up to 10 of ’em could be possibly installed).

In the Avatar Model players will be also able to drive their Cars on the streets of the decentralized city using their Citizen.

Helicopters Manufacture

Helicopters have a more powerful impact on appointed Citizen, however could only be used in Huges (Level 6) and Megas (Level 7 buildings).

No single Helicopter is yet available in the decentralized city or was ever distributed in the Packs.

Manufacture will operate actually the same way as a Cars Plant, just with even higher requirements for Resources and Materials, longer production period and higher Stamina consumption.


There will be an option to increase your Citizen’s selected qualification in the future — however, a price might not be anything close to “reasonable” and will lock the student for weeks of hard work including heavy Stamina consumption.

Depending on a qualification you’d like your Citizen to evolve in, a two institutions will be available:

University (of Applied Sciences)

Specializes on qualifications:

  • Intelligence
  • Charisma
  • Luck

College (Science/Technical)

Specializes on qualifications:

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Agility

Each institution is a dedicated type of a Special Building to be constructed on a 2x4 spare adjacent land plots that may require up to 50 Citizens to operate. Stamina is consumed both by the studens and teachers.

Every educational fee will be distributed fairly between a building owner, a District owner, District’s and Global Funds. Every next qualification point will have a times higher fee for your Citizen (that means that a fee for teaching a Citizen from 3 to 4 Point will be way less that turning 6 to 7).


Let’s face the truth, one day all the Gen A Citizens (coming from Packs) will be all distributed, and we don’t want that moment to become the last for entire MCP3D economy. That’s why we’d like to introduce an opportunity to increase an offspring amount one Citizen can possible create, however, again — at a no lower price.

Hotels will actually allow to increase the Citizens count of any Citizen token (but no more than the maximum value for its Generation). That will require to lock a Citizen token for a couple of weeks or more and a significant fee to be distributed fairly between a building owner, a District owner, District’s and Global Funds.

Please note that locked Citizens could not be used in buildings, sold or transferred to another wallet (also fair for the Educational purposes).

Good News for the Commercials Owners

One may notice that Cars and Heli production may affect Commercial buildings restoration services — here’s what we are up to for keeping it well- balanced:

  1. Firstly, taking in consideration the requirements for vehicles production, that will not become a massive production for anytime soon to affect the market in a radical way. Along with that, these tokens gran from 3 to 15% Stamina reduction, so Citizens still need a lot of rest.
  2. Cars and Helis production itself will require a lot of Stamina, so that’s a lot of new customers in your Commercials for sure.
  3. Commercials role will significantly rise with the introduction of the Avatar Mode and Advertising (keeping in ming all the additional customization services for Citziens).
  4. Educations will also bring additional Stamina consumption options.
  5. A new stick-to-a-district local based policy for the Commercials will be introduced in the near future to give more sales for low level buildings.
