GPIG at the end of 2018

This is the last day of 2018. For the past 12 months, GPIG has got through and grown much more than we expected. We appreciated this year to make GPIG what it is. We remembered all people who made remarkable contributions. Here are the highlights of GPIG 2018:

GPIG is profitable now.

AirBrush firstly introduced subscription model in the company and pushed it to other product lines as well.

AirBrush grew revenue by over 500% YoY and maintained profitability since Sept.

AirBrush grew MAU by 25% YoY.

AirBrush iOS grew DAU by 40% YoY.

AirBrush iOS maintained 4.9 rating as the highest rating in US top 50 photo/video category (free).

AirBrush iOS ever ranked top 3 in Russia, top 10 in Brazil, top 25 in US photo/video category (free).

AirBrush Android ever ranked top 10 in Russia, top 10 in Brazil, top 20 in US photography category (free).

BeautyPlus Me ever ranked top 5 in Indian and SEA regions photography category (free).

AirBrush was featured by 2018 Facebook Developer Conference — F8 for Instagram Story API use.

BeautyPlus Me was featured by Google Android Go edition as the first batch in India.

GPIG grew from 10 to 30 members from over 5 countries and became a real global team. Someone joined, someone left. We remembered them all.

GPIG built Indian team from Feb and fully shutdown in Nov. And we learnt a lot for Indian markets and from our Indian members.

GPIG decided to terminate BeautyPlus Me project to pursue breakeven. And we grew much by that moment.

At the end, GPIG is grateful to have everyone working hard together to make it great in 2018.

Now goodbye 2018. Hello 2019.
