In our Dev Diaries, we explore the ongoing enhancements and refinements to the MELDapp. Here’s last week’s progress:
MELDapp Enhancements — Cardano Chain:
- Users are now alerted about outdated MELD token usage.
- Messari syncs ERC20 tokens on the mainnet.
- An admin portal page is available for the playground.
- Subgraph tracking has a new repository with initial configurations.
- Local EVM nodes and a graph node were set up via nix-shell for tracking-subgraph repository.
- New generic tags for multisig have been deployed.
- The WalletConnect integration UI layout has been designed for multisig.
- A mock ERC20 token has been deployed on a private testnet using foundry.
- WalletConnect research is ongoing.
- Events for ‘getutxos’ and ‘collaterals’ for multisig addresses have been handled.
- We’ve implemented balance event management.
Application Refinements:
- API stability has been improved, ensuring a smoother user experience.
- Sentry was added for better error tracking.
- End-to-end testing coverage has been expanded.
- WalletConnect integration is underway.
- The app now has a balance refresh button.
Other:
- Backfilling occurred for missing users on EngageBay due to the rate limit error. Currently investigating.
Infrastructure:
- We’re reviewing platform sizing to optimize infrastructure.
- A new version of Cardano multisig has been released.
- New iOS team members have been onboarded.
- Our infrastructure has migrated from Alchemy to Zeeve.
- Sentry is now active in our backend.
