There’s always so much to know, discover and learn. That’s why I love podcasts. They feed my brain with new information, perspectives and insights. Whether I’m out jogging, travelling, walking the dog or picking up the kids, I’ll tune in to expand my understanding of the world around me.

Here’s my all-time Top 10:

1. The Bottom Line with Evan Davies

Evan Davis hosts the business conversation show with people at the top giving insight into what matters

2. You Are Not So Smart

You Are Not So Smart is a show about psychology that celebrates science and self delusion. In each episode, we explore what we’ve learned so far about reasoning, biases, judgments, and decision-making.

3. Freakonomics

Discover the hidden side of everything with Stephen J. Dubner, co-author of the Freakonomics books. Each week, this podcast tells you things you always thought you knew (but didn’t) and things you never thought you wanted to know (but do) — from the economics of sleep to how to become great at just about anything. Special features include series like “The Secret Life of a C.E.O.” as well as a live game show, “Tell Me Something I Don’t Know.”

4. Masters of Scale

Masters of Scale is an original podcast hosted by Reid Hoffman, Co-founder of LinkedIn and Investor at Greylock. In each episode, Reid shows how companies grow from zero to a gazillion, testing his theories with legendary leaders.

5. WorkLife

This promises a collection of contrasting, irreverent interviews with the high-flying CEOs and forward-thinking founders of some of the most successful businesses in the UK and the US right now, including Martha Lane Fox (Lastminute.com), Anne Boden (Starling Bank), Jed McCaleb (Ripple, Mt.Gox and Stellar) and Jason Calacanis (first Uber investor).

6. Eat Sleep Work Repeat

A podcast by the best-selling author, Bruce Daisley, talks about making work better. ‘How can we fix work? Each week we chat to scientists and experts to improve our jobs’.

7. The Coaching Habit

Discover the best strategies for leading yourself and others by tapping into the wisdom of thinkers, leaders, writers and coaches.

8. Secret Leaders

As one of Apple Podcasts’ most downloaded new shows of 2018, WorkLife spent two weeks as the #1 show on the entire podcast chart. 9. Alexa Stop
