Introducing David Dawson, Our Chief Technology Officer at Menlo One
David Dawson is the Chief Technology Officer at Menlo One and is responsible for leading our technology team. He brings aboard extensive experience in developing complex technologies to consumer use cases and as an entrepreneur leading teams in challenging new technologies.
In his fifteen years at Microsoft, he successfully oversaw the delivery of products that power Windows, Xbox & Office from delivering not only desktop & mobile software used by millions but also building and running highly scalable mission critical services. He led the team that delivered core OS technologies that power search on every Windows PC. He also led a team of over a hundred engineers that delivered highly scalable services based on a micro-service architecture that powered the Microsoft Music & Video services on gaming, desktop and mobile platforms.
More recently, as co-founder and CTO at Mast Mobile, David raised more than $14MM and was acquired by Hearsay Social in 2017.
David’s diverse career as a startup advisor, a software engineer and an executive coach adds a massive wealth of both strategic and operational experience to our blockchain development team. His knowledge of industry best practice drives their innovation, product development, internal systems, and customer service.
Currently, David works with the Menlo One executive team to execute the blockchain development strategy as devised in the whitepaper.
David holds eleven patents covering a broad range of technologies including application handling, search and filtering.
