Meditation
Many people do the wrong meditation. I decided to share with you guys some meditation tips which I think will be helpful to almost everyone.
- Meditation is not the absence of thoughts
- meditation is not the absence of thoughts, but the management of thoughts
- Meditation is made up of long periods of distraction and followed by brief periods of calm
Mediation is — Steps:
- Relax your body
- Manage your tension
- Give name your feelings: (fear, resentment…)
- Watch this, don’t fight against it. Feel the normality about feeling emotions…
- Let it go, saying to yourself that it’s ok to feel what you’re feeling, giving up the attempts to control the feelings.
- Don’t try to control your feelings
- Allowing yourself to be in present, at the moment
Mindfulness meditation
- Catch the distraction:
- Give the name to the type of tension
-Gently let the tension go Resentment

1. Catch it
2. Name it
3. Release it
