The Power of Your Breaking Point

Sometimes you need the dark to embrace the light

The day finally came for me last week. I reached that point in my mental health, where I simply couldn’t see the light anymore. It was a dark, frustrating view of my life window, where positives became negatives and negatives consumed my perspectives. Not my proudest moment, or a fun place to be.
