Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire people to work on their mental health like we do our physical health. We see a world where working on your mental health is easy and accessible and you could do so in one of our mental health gyms on the high street.

We’re building a global consumer brand that will define the mental health industry for years to come and we’ve made a start in the workplace with Sanctus Coaching, a safe space for people to work on their mental health with a Sanctus Coach.

Your Mission

We’re looking for someone to lead our marketing function and support us in continuing to grow the Sanctus Brand.

Your mission will be to effectively and efficiently amplify our brand message to the world by working closely with our Creative Team. We’ve always had a huge focus on brand but we need somebody with the know-how to develop and adjust our strategy

You’ll implement the operations and processes for our message and stories to reach people at scale. You’ll have your head in the content calendar, you’ll be looking at social media performance and you’ll be feeding back to the Creative Team on what’s working and what’s not.

You’ll support our Content Lead both as a manager and a co-creator, in their development at Sanctus, yet also technically in their work. You’ll not be afraid to ‘do’ and roll your sleeves up as well as lead. Your role is to make them shine and get our brand and stories seen by as many eyes as we believe it deserves.

Your mission and our mission together is to be a part of growing the Sanctus Brand to the world-changing potential we believe it has. You’ll protect the integrity of our brand in every message we send, down to the very last last full-stop.

The Right Person

You’re a marketeer at heart and love marketing. You’ve already got marketing experience under your belt and you’ll have managed a team and a level of marketing output already.

Your finger will be on the pulse of the marketing profession, you’ll be the first to know about LinkedIn’s next algorithm change and the new formats or content-types that are getting high engagement across social media.

You’ll have experience or knowledge of how to grow an audience from both organic and paid channels without the name of a big brand to back you.

You’re detailed, data and process driven. Whilst marketing is a creative function, you’ll realise that it needs finely tuned process and operations to work effectively. You won’t be afraid of a spreadsheet or the analytics pages of social media. You’ll have an eye for brand and design, yet you’ll have a head for numbers and performance, knowing that the two have to live together.

You’ll think about what makes people tick, not just your audience but your colleagues too. You’ll have experience managing a team and more than anything when managing the team here you’ll listen deeply, be considered in your dialogue and honest in your feedback.

You’ll be fascinated and passionate about mental health, your own and others. You’ll be working or have worked on yours. Knowing that to truly empathise and connect with our audience you’ll have had to do the work yourself too.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implementing, maintaining and iterating marketing processes and operations to ensure high quality, fast and efficient online and offline content creation.
  • Implementing distribution and sharing tactics to amplify our current content output
  • Managing the Sanctus content output with a content calendar and longer term content plan
  • Managing Sanctus’ social media pages
  • Direct, day-to-day collaboration with the creative and growth teams to meet our brand and sales needs.
  • Person-centered development, goal-setting and accountability for the Creative Team.
  • Informed data-driven decision making on marketing strategy taking into consideration quantitative, qualitative and intuitive information from multiple sources.
  • Empowering the creative team to express and create content in their own way that aligns to the Sanctus Brand and current marketing objectives
  • Protecting the integrity of the Sanctus Brand across Sanctus marketing channels.
  • Budget, staffing and resource responsibility
