We’re hiring! Partner Management at Sanctus

Partners, not customers.

We’re hiring for a “Partner Management” role at Sanctus.

You may have noticed, but we never use the term ‘client’, ‘customer’ or ‘account’.

All of the businesses we work with are our partners and we work hard to have real, genuine relationships with everyone we work with.

We’re now looking for someone to join us on our mission and to help us take care of our amazing group of ~35 partners.

We’re looking for someone who will wake up in the morning thinking…

‘How can we do more for our partners?’

‘How are things going over at La Fosse?’

‘‘I need to check-in with Sam at Carwow and see how things are going with the new office move and the new Sanctus room!”

Our current group of partners.

Over the last 2 years I have absolutely loved building relationships with our partners and working closely with them. However, as we grow it’s important for Sanctus that I’m able to look ahead and lead the team.

Vic (our Head of Operations) has taken on more responsibility of managing all of our existing relationships alongside her role running Ops — but with a growing HQ team and 20+ Sanctus Coaches, we’re now ready to bring on someone who is completely dedicated to working closely with our partners every single day.

As our group of Sanctus Partners is growing, the importance of this role will grow with it and some of the businesses we’re beginning to work with, are bigger than we’ve ever worked with before (We can’t wait to be able to talk about some of them!)

In this role you will work really closely with some of the most exciting, passionate people behind the most innovative, forward-thinking companies in the world.

Our partners are true pioneers in being the first companies to start the conversation around mental health at work, and to really champion and change its perception in the workplace.

You’ll be a Sanctus Partner’s first point of call and the face of Sanctus in the workplace.

We’re also looking for someone who will help us shape what Sanctus in the Workplace looks like in the future — we’ve done a lot of work already but we’re only just getting started and there’s so much more we can do. You’ll be employee no.5 so there’s an incredible amount of opportunity to be part of something very special.
