Mental illness is something that is still a taboo subsist to talk about with some friends and family because they view it as excuses, attention seeking, and other things that make it harder to have a calm and mature rational conversation about.

Though it can be a little easier or so when you have friends, family and those who you feel comfortable talking about this subject with who can help you make the conversation smoother and more successful. Maybe having them there when you plan to have the conversation with your friends or family and any other acquaintances.

Anything that feels supportive and helpful can make a difference more than one may even know or realize!
