Here are five examples of different situations where it can be used successfully;

1. Let the co-workers decide “Employee of the year”

Allow your co-workers to vote on who they think should be the “employee of the year” or “most valued colleague”. It is a big honor to win the people's price. As only the winner will be revealed no one will be exposed of having too few votes.
