People live in patterns and patterns are usually toxic. One of the most common patterns we see is that people believe their actions do not have any repercussions that affect someone else. It is important to understand the meaning of the word “matter”. Sensitize yourself into believing that you and your actions matter. Our actions, our thoughts, never have a singular effect, they have a butterfly effect. Every little thought and action done on an individual level multiplies and magnifies itself. Let us all today, make it a point, to think before we stigmatize an idea, to think before we judge someone, to think before we look at something with a negative perspective. Always think of the larger impact it might have.

All of us can make a difference in this world by starting a butterfly effect of positivity, responsibility, happy thoughts and encouragement. It’s time to change our perspective by either standing on a table, or by lying down on the ground, just so that we can have a different point of viewing things.
