Completing tasks on Mercle rewards you with Lootboxes. These crates contain XP rewards and evolution elements, waiting for them to be unlocked by you. Each level offers distinct loot boxes. As you progress and rise in levels, the loot boxes you encounter will contain increasingly rare assets.
XP points, serving as rewards, can be accrued across three distinct categories: defi, community, and social. The intention behind these skills is to encapsulate and convey a user’s contributions within the Shapeshift community for each respective category, along with the ensuing impact. By doing so, we can precisely gauge each user’s contribution, allowing us to reward them accordingly.
Also, Accruing XP through community campaigns enhances user eligibility for future, exclusive perks from Mercle.
Our level structure has been meticulously designed to acknowledge the most impactful contributors within our ecosystem, by offering enticing rewards and NFTs through a gamified process. The FOXatars system presently comprises three levels, each with unique rewards:
- Level 1: To embark on this adventure, users are required to mint their FOXatar and acquire an initial 10XP. Accomplishing this milestone results in rewards such as multiple backgrounds and more.
- Level 2: The next level, which requires 50XP to unlock tasks, offers rewards like the Super Fox Badge, Rare Orange Ears, and a Super Green Background.
- Level 3: The current pinnacle of this journey necessitates at least 90XP to unlock its tasks. Rewards at this stage include the Legendary Pink Armour, Monocle Pink, and a Legendary Pink Background.
Furthermore, we are continuously working on expanding this system, and there will be additional levels introduced in the future. This approach ensures recognition and rewards for every step of your contribution, with exciting opportunities to come!
