Merculet Appoints Rongrong Qi, Former Senior Software Engineer at Oracle as GM of North America
Rongrong Qi (Heather) has been appointed as the General Manager of Merculet in North America effective September.
Heather Qi graduated from Cornell University and was awarded MSc in Computer Science. She has over 15 years of experience in the Internet industry. Prior to joining Merculet, she worked at Responsys, the world-leading company in supplying business level B2C marketing software. Responsys was later acquired by Oracle in 2013 for $1.5 billion USD. Moving forward, the company has been functioning as one of the crucial technology bases for Oracle Marketing Cloud.
During Heather Qi’s tenure as the Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, she has had keen interests in Digital Marketing Cloud services. As a senior partner of the technology team, Heather Qi has not only equipped herself with expertise, but also has profound understandings of the mechanisms of their company products. With her knowledge and experience, at Merculet, Heather Qi will improve product design, outline detailed plans for software development, optimize software development process, and pinpoint various automatic application tools. She will ultimately prove vital in helping Merculet to realize cross-channel data-driven marketing that is instant, accurate and unique.
