Yesterday has marked our first Thanksgiving Day that I spent with every Merculetnite. How time flies, and I have grown from a little child to a grown-up adult. I experienced the growth spurts from childish to mature, from cowardly to brave, from devious into angels. In the past two weeks, Merculet was summoned to attend the First China Chief Growth Officer Annual Forum, sharing how to intensify growth in user-level growth through Crystal Operations. In addition, Merculet was awarded the 7th BRIC Value List 2018 Best Innovation Practices Agency in Blockchain Industry. 1. Merculet was Invited to Attend the First China Chief Growth Officer Annual Forum
On November 17, the first China Chief Growth Officer Annual Forum was held in Beijing. Merculet Product Director Jax Zhu was invited to share the Growing Practice of Crystallization Operation, that is, how companies can turn users into partners through crystal operation, reach consensus, share values, and build a bright future to achieve long-term growth. Jax Zhu used example to reflect the fission energy of crystal operation:

2. What did Merculet do with GDG within 48 Hours?
On November 17, the Shanghai GDG (Google Developer Groups) hosted a two-day Design Sprint Hackathon. As one of the DevFest 2018 Shanghai Station, Design Sprint Hackathon attracted 120 giants from all over the country with creative and capable students, developers, products designers, designers and innovative, creative practitioners. Invited by GDG, Merculet also took part in it- Merculet Mobile Development Director, RxJava 2.x Combat by Tony Shen was one of the judges of this hackathon.
Tony Shen said, “this GDG hackathon candidates’ age is mostly after 1990s. What surprised me is that 80% of the teams use TensorFlow-related technology. It can be seen that the technology related to artificial intelligence gets more attentions, and more popular than before.”

1. Merculet-2018 Best Innovation Practices Agency in Blockchain Industry
From November 20th to 21st, the 2018 BRICS Forum Annual Summit and the 7th BRICS Awards Ceremony were held at the St. Regis Shanghai. The BRIC Value List was launched in 2012 and has been held for seven consecutive years. It is one of the most authoritative and influential selection activities in China’s pan-financial sector, and it is dedicated to finding the best companies in China. At the ceremony, Merculet ranked the 7th BRIC Value List 2018 Best Innovation Practices Agency in Blockchain Industry.

2. Business Elites are Secretly Docking Resources in Bear Market
On November 13th, the Gabriel Fair of the Distributed Capital GF Network Exchange Sharing Conference was held in Shanghai. This time, the offline symposium was based on the theme of blockchain status. Merculet CEO was invited to attend the symposium.
The meeting aimed at docking resources in the bear market and discussing the progress of the project. Blockchain is a very comprehensive field and having the entrepreneurial team with strong technical background is essential. At the same time, the innovation team needs excellent business development capabilities and resource docking capabilities, which determines the final landing of the project.

Gaas Platform
A. Data Report
In the past two weeks, the GaaS platform has communicated with a number of corporate customers to screen out the most pressing needs of business operators, improve the statistical dimensions of the data reporting module, optimize data presentation interactions, and provide operators with more intuitive and comprehensive data feedback. And a more convenient operating experience. We have optimized the following aspects:

According to the guidance process prompts, you can quickly enter the GaaS, reduce the communication costs of all parties, and truly let the products work quickly.
C. Community Service Configuration
In conjunction with the November 29th version of the Simplet community operation function, it supports the background configuration of more task modules, and provides multiple rule configurations for a single task, covering all configurable items in the Simplet community operation scenario.
Simplet
A. The V1.4 version of the SuperNode marketing model is online.
This update includes:
1) Optimized the order flow for users to use and added the choice of delivery time.

V. The Progress of Technology Update

In the past two weeks, our technical team has continued to optimize the underlying:
1. released the new version of transfer smart contract which supports both standard transaction and optimized batch transaction processing.
2. launched the payment network with new feature this week, which include a optimized module of transaction submission.
3. released the new transaction confirmation receiver which has a performance enhanced event notification module
