While B2C ecommerce tends to take the spotlight in discussions on digital transformation, B2B ecommerce is actually vastly larger; by the end of 2017, the B2C ecommerce market size was USD 2.14 trillion while B2B ecommerce was USD 7.66 trillion (Shopify, 2018).
