Advancements in Conversational Artificial Intelligence is finally equipping Enterprise with the tools they need to serve their customers and people OnDemand.

In the previous two decades we have seen complete transformation in the way we engage and serve our customers and people. We now live in an age where anything is available to us on demand, wherever we want and whenever we want…. Or is it?

Amazingly, most Enterprises particularly in Australia and the Asian Region have yet to join the instant OnDemand revolution and are rapidly failing at demand and supply. Increasingly failing at meeting their customers’ expectations. Many customers are still being faced with the daunting task of having to call up and navigate their way through multiple hurdles just to get answers for what are often very simple questions; problems or requests to buy. Not to mention, the Amassing public annoyance of poorly delivered, Unintelligent “Chat Bot” type technology, as often heard from teams in Enterprises delivering Conversational Artificial Intelligence Solutions. Are they Artificially Intelligent? Is perhaps the real question?

The current crop of Chatbot type technology has been relatively poor to date. Yet the technology is verging 20 years in immaturity and to date has been incredibly ineffective to deliver true Enterprise ROI. The technologies have been lauded by many as the answer to delivering solutions to modernize OnDemand customer engagement, experience and sales to service best practise; yet often fail to deliver on the simplest tasks.
