The community Launch was a huge success and it showed the power of Guilds and the NEAR Ecosystem, the market reacted positive to the NEAR Protocol with a huge surge in it’s price. We are convinced that we did our part in that….or hope we made an impact ;)
For now on, we are heads down into keeping delivering value for NEAR Token Holders and our very own Meta Important Poolers (MIP’s). With new features in testnet and few announcements this week. So stay tuned!
$META rewards from now on.
It has been three weeks and we want to let you know how we did, but first lets adress the most important question — Are $META Rewards going away? NO, the multipliers for $META rewards will continue ;)
So from September 13th onwards these are the rewards multipliers:
- Stakers — 6x META per NEAR reward.
- Liquidity Providers — 3x META per NEAR reward.
- Liquid Unstaking — 1x METAper NEAR reward.
So keep on staking!
Onchain data of the Meta Pool Community Launch
As of today there are 3,366,073 NEAR tokens in total value locked on the platform. This is all thanks to NEAR token holders that are eager to participate in the DeFi ecosystem in the NEAR Protocol.
But most importantly we have rewarded 10,870,000 $META tokens to early supporters and to the NEAR Community, this is through a great support network of guilds and partners. We could not have done it without you!
We are building the Lego bricks to make that happen one step at a time, we know that this takes time and we need to be mindful that we build with the NEAR Token holders in mind, building value for them is our top priority.
So lets look at the data:
- 3.12 million NEAR in staking.
- 250,760 NEAR in the liquid swap pool.
- 5,130 stNEAR in the Meta Pool treasury.
- 1.0063 is the value of stNEAR.
- 1,690 unique NEAR accounts interacting with the platform.
- 48 Validator nodes on the platform.
This is proof that a guilds model such as NEAR Guilds works and it is the fuel for growth for blockchain projects such as Meta Pool.
