The MetaCert Protocol Beta Program Is Now Open to Cryptonite Users

The Program allows Cryptonite users to buy tokens at a discount while also earning bonus tokens for beta testing our systems before everyone else.

Cryptonite will randomly select which users can register and buy tokens — this approach helps us to monitor progress to ensure it doesn’t grow too fast.

We believe our Program is the first of its kind, where tokens are sold to private buyers and members of the community at the same time. Participants will receive a discount AND a bonus — see below for more information:

Users who have had their extension unlocked can join the Beta Program by buying as little as .01 ETH, or up to 50 ETH worth of META Tokens. META Tokens, including bonus tokens, will be distributed after the Token sale concludes. Beta Program participants need not provide KYC details to make their purchases, and instead will do so at a later stage prior to the transfer of tokens.

To sign up for Beta access you’ll need to have Cryptonite installed, as the signup page is embedded within the Cryptonite menu. There is no other way to buy MetaCert Tokens during this phase.

The Cryptonite shield can be found on the browser toolbar after it is installed.

To see if Cryptonite is unlocked for you, click on the green shield to reveal a dropdown menu and choose “Beta Program.”

A page will open where you can enter your email into a field on the site. Once you do, go ahead and click submit.

After you enter your email you’ll receive a notice to submit your invitation.

Remember to always look for the green shield on the token sale platform.

MetaCert Protocol is the best in the world at one thing — URL Classification.

MetaCert Protocol is decentralizing cybersecurity for the Internet, by defining ownership and URL classification information about domain names, applications, bots, crypto wallet addresses, social media accounts and APIs. The Protocol’s registry can be used by ISPs, routers, Wi-Fi hotspots, crypto wallets and exchanges, mobile devices, browsers and apps, to help address cyber threats such as phishing, malware, brand protection, child safety and news credibility. Think of MetaCert Protocol as the modern version of the outdated browser padlock and whois database combined.

Find out more about the MetaCert Protocol, ask questions, and leave suggestions on both our White Paper and Technical Paper. You can also join our Telegram community to stay up to date on our blockchain project. Remember to install Cryptonite to protect yourself from phishing scams before it’s too late.
