From Structure to Governance, everything you need to know about Metadium
Dear Metadium community,
We are keeping our promise of continuous development and more communication. This time we want to share Metadium 2.0 Docs, where you can find more information about Metadium’s ecosystem and key features, but also about our architecture, consensus, and governance.
Back in August we launched Metadium 2.0 and we are now giving more details into it: Metadium 2.0 uses a secure ID system that can coexist with decentralization, facilitating its implementation in regulated services (compliance), bringing valuable data and broadening the scope of stagnant blockchain services (DeFi, DApp, NFT, DAO, Etc.).
Architecture
The Client Network is an implementation of Metadium 2.0 that verifies all transactions in each block to keep the network data safe and accurate.
Our Network Structure is divided into Block Producer Network (BPN), Bridge Node Network (BNN), and End Node Network (ENN).
Consensus
In this section we go over the RAFT algorithm and SPoA. We also explain the conditions and procedures for becoming an authority member and the META token distribution.
There are two specific categories that talk about block generation and block verification.
Governance
All the details related to staking and voting on Metadium, from the minimum and maximum staking quantity to the different voting types and the factors they depend on. We also discuss Metadium’s off-chain governance.
For all the details on each of the above categories, please visit our gitbook. We will continue to update these documents as our ecosystem continues to evolve.
Thank you for your continued support.
