Dear Community,

As of September 30, 2024, the integrated personal information wallet Keepin app will be discontinued. Keepin is provided for the convenience of META deposit/withdrawal and ID creation and management on the Metadium blockchain. Due to the end of app support, we recommend extracting and storing the recovery code (Mnemonic) to maintain and protect your assets. Additionally, downloads of the Keepin app will be discontinued as of April 30, 2024, and if you have META assets, be sure to back up the recovery code (Mnemonic).

[How to back up Mnemonic in the Keepin app]

On the Keepin main screen, click [More] in the bottom right.

2. Click [Check recovery information].

3. Click [Mnemonic].

4. Enter your PIN number.

5. You can recover your META assets by copying and storing the confirmed recovery code (Mnemonic).

Keeping the recovery code and Meta ID to recover saved information is essential.

Metadium does not retain any information about Keepin users. This means that if the user loses both the recovery code and private key, Metadium cannot recover the META balance or information. Please note that once service support ends, the recovery code will no longer be available.

Write down and store the recovery code and private key in a safe place, and do not share them with others.

Suppose you want to use Metadium assets held in your existing Keepin wallet. To transfer the assets, you must connect MetaMask to the Metadium mainnet.

[How to connect Metadium mainnet to MetaMask]

MetaMask is an Ethereum-based software wallet used by people around the world.

MetaMask is connected to the Ethereum mainnet by default, and you can add and change Metadium mainnet networks. You can add the Metadium network from the network selection menu at the top or the settings page and connect it to your MetaMask wallet.

From the Networks menu on the top of the page, select “Ethereum Mainnet” and click “Add Network.”

2. Use the information below to fill out the form:

- Network name: META Mainnet

- New RPC URL: https://api.metadium.com/prod

- Chain ID: 11

- Currency Symbol: META

- Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.metadium.com/

3. Metadium mainnet has been added to your networks

We sincerely thank everyone who has used the Keepin app so far, and we ask for your understanding as we are no longer able to provide the service. We are committed to working even harder to deliver an improved app experience.

[키핀 앱에서 복구 코드를 백업하는 방법]

Keepin 메인 화면에서 우측 하단 [더보기]를 클릭합니다.

2. [복구 정보 확인]을 클릭합니다.

[Mnemonic]을 클릭합니다.

3. PIN 번호를 입력합니다.

4. 확인된 복구 코드(Mnemonic)를 복사하여 보관하면, META 자산을 복구할 수 있습니다.

저장된 정보와 내 Meta ID를 복구하기 위해 복구 코드 보관이 반드시 필요합니다.

메타디움은 Keepin 사용자에 대한 어떤 정보도 보유하고 있지 않습니다. 이는 사용자가 복구 코드 및 Private Key를 모두 분실할 경우, 메타디움이 META 잔고나 정보를 복구해주는 것이 불가능함을 의미합니다. 서비스 지원이 종료되면 더 이상 복구코드를 확인할 수 없기 때문에 복구코드를 찾는 것이 불가능하다는 점 유의바랍니다.

복구 코드 및 Private Key는 안전한 곳에 작성하여 보관하시고, 타인에게 공유하지 마십시오.

기존 키핀 지갑에 보유하고 있던 메타디움 자산을 사용하고 싶다면, 메타마스크에 메타디움 메인넷을 연결하여 자산을 이동시키는 과정이 필요합니다.
