Metadium 2022 H1 Report

January — June 2022

Dear community,

Metadium team has been busy this year, from partnerships with companies in different industries to a new CEO and a new vision. In this post, we present a summary of our progress in the first half of the year:

Business Partnerships

Metadium’s ecosystem continues to grow. In 2022, Metadium signed partnerships with companies in different industries, bringing our technology closer to more people. If you want more details about each partnership, please visit the individual medium post. Here are the highlights:

Metadium’s business partnerships

Energy Mobility Cluster (EMC) Consortium
Metadium joined the EMC Consortium along with Coinplug and other three members of MYKEEPiN Alliance. Through this project, Metadium will implement its DID technology to solve problems related to identification and authentication.

Ozys
Metadium and Ozys will expand Metadium’s ecosystem even further with the use of Orbit Bridge and the development of the first metadium-based DEX (decentralized exchange).

Prain Global

Metadium has partnered with Prain Global, the nation’s №1 PR consulting company, to develop and operate a blockchain ecosystem that can increase reliability and reflect digital transformation through efficient and fair internal and external communication.

BELIVVR

Metadium and BELIVVR will collaborate to build a global payment platform that links Metadium’s Web Standard DID technology with BELIVVR’s WebXR Metaverse technology.

New CEO

As of June 1st, Metadium welcomed a new CEO: James Yun. He will provide leadership and expand our ecosystem. You can learn more about him in this post.

Technical Update

Metadium Mainnet Block Explorer was updated to include the following functions:

• Token (MRC-20)
• NFT (MRC-721)
• Searchable Services Tab
• DB Migration

The purpose of this update was to facilitate the expansion of Metadium’s ecosystem with services like METAPiE (NFT platform), DEX, and metadium-based tokens.

Metadium 2.0

On June 30th, we published our teaser website for Metadium 2.0, where we shared our new vision, future roadmap, and a view of our history.

Metadium’s second generation focuses on its advanced technology and experience to provide a secure bridge to compliant services. We firmly believe that a new ecosystem of compliant services and solutions is necessary to achieve blockchain’s true potential.
