Dear Metadians,

We want to thank you for walking along us in our 2022 journey. As we begin the new year with more objectives and set goals, we want to look back at our achievements in the second half of last year, where we paved the way for the new year.

Metadium 2.0: Beyond Digital Innovation, Meet the New Era

We launched Metadium 2.0 in August 2022 with a new image and a new mission.

Metadium’s second generation uses the experience and technology of Metadium 1.0 and adapts to the new needs of the market: Metadium 2.0 uses a secure ID system that can coexist with decentralization, facilitating its implementation in regulated services (compliance), bringing valuable data and broadening the scope of stagnant blockchain services (DeFi, DApp, NFT, DAO, Etc.).

Our next-generation blockchain protocol is designed to create an ecosystem around decentralized identifier (DID) technology. It powers identification, authentication and crypto transaction management, providing AML compliance and risk management solutions.

Technology Updates:

Hard Fork

The technical updates related to the Berlin and London Hard Fork’s EIPs were implemented on the mainnet block number #51960000.

DEX

The Metadium Team has been working hard with our partners to launch our promised DEX but we had to make the strategic decision to postpone its launch to the first half of 2023.

Business Partnerships:

Treasure labs

Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate with multichain technology, global payment, NFT, and DeFi technologies. In addition, our collaboration will expand Metadium’s reach into global markets like North America, Europe, and Asia.

d.AntWort

The two companies will cooperate to create a Travel to Earn (T2E) ecosystem in which global travelers directly own, utilize, and manage assetized travel experiences in online metaverse and offline retail stores.

X-Ticket

X-Ticket is the NO.1 global cultural performance integration platform based on the blockchain. The two companies will cooperate to expand the blockchain ecosystem toward the cultural performances industry.

DRIMAES

The two companies are planning to join forces to enter the SE Asian market and improve drivers’ convenience by providing blockchain-based identity authentication and payment services within the web-based In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) platform.

ICS Logistics

Through this agreement, Metadium and ICS Logistics, a global import/export logistics company, plan to actively promote blockchain-based identity authentication projects and DeFi projects in the Indonesian logistics market, which is having a rapid growing interest in the blockchain and encryption ecosystem.

Community and Social Media:

Discord

We launched our Discord Server in October and it has become our main Community platform. Our goal is to include different channels to make it easier to find the information you need from tech, partnerships and roadmap updates to educational articles and day-to-day communication about everything related to Metadium and the industry.

Kakao and Facebook

As Discord allows us to create multiple channels for different languages while also keeping all our community together with a space for events and announcements, we have stopped our Facebook page and will stop our Kakao channel on January 25, 2023. This means that, if you still haven’t joined our Discord server, you have a few weeks to do it.

Brunch (Korean Blog)

We’ve decided to close our Korean blog (brunch) and unify different languages in the same place: our medium publication. This will simplify the access to all of our content (latest news, tech updates, educational articles, and much more) to everyone in the community.

지난 10월 오픈한 메타디움 디스코드 서버는 메타디움 팀과 커뮤니티 간의 주요 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼으로 자리 잡았습니다. 메타디움의 목표는 디스코드에 테크, 파트너십, 로드맵 업데이트부터 교육적인 자료, 메타디움과 업계와 관련된 일상적인 커뮤니케이션에 이르기까지 필요한 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 다양한 채널을 추가하는 것입니다.

카카오톡 및 페이스북

디스코드에서는 다양한 언어로 소통할 수 있는 여러 채널을 생성할 수 있고, 해당 채널들은 메타디움 이벤트와 공지를 위한 공간으로 활용되고 있습니다. 따라서, 메타디움 팀은 페이스북 페이지 운영을 종료했고 카카오톡 오픈채팅은 2023년 1월 25일부터 운영이 종료됩니다. 아직 디스코드 서버에 가입하지 않은 메타디안에게는 3주 정도의 시간이 있습니다. 어서 오셔서 다른 메타디안들을 만나보세요 :)
