- What is the goal of MetaGather Program?
#MetaGather is a targeted campaign to stimulate massive familiarizing with blockchain among wide audience through the introduction of rent of #MHC at no charge and involving in the consensus process. With this program we plan to expand #MetaHash community and increase the number of individual forgers which in its turn will help to reduce the ROI of farms and make forging more attractive to a wider audience and contribute to the further decentralization of our network.
- What can I get from joining the program?
If you are already a #MetaHash user, you can get a personal referral link to invite your friends. If your invited friends will get a reward, you will get a reward as well.
A new user, which will join the program via a referral link or simply at the program’s page will get 1000 #MHC for rent at no charge. These coins can not be sold or transferred, but can be used for forging — owners of these rented coins can get up to 40% of the reward which is usually forged with possessed coins.
- How do the referral mechanics work?
If you invited a friend, and he or she won a reward, you will get 10% of his or her reward. The same holds true if a friend of your invited friend wins — you get an additional 10%.
- What happens with the rest 60% of the reward forged with rented coins?
The other 60% will be sent back to the pool of coins for renting thus giving more opportunities for the users who have just joined the program. One of the benefits of such an approach is that these 60% will not be sold and will not add to a selling pressure on #MetaHashCoin.
