The #MetaHash team is online!
Remember the news about finishing the technical work on smart tokens? Now we are ready to share some results of internal testing. It helped to reveal weaknesses in the connection between #MetaGate and smart tokens.
Our devs are fixing those flaws, which may have affected our wallet’s performance in the last couple of days. So, in order to give you the best-performing tool, more time is needed — time for additional testing of smart tokens.
Here’s the good news also — the voting service is almost ready. It will take about a week and a half to debug this feature, and then users will be able to launch their own voting!
In addition, we continue to work on the bridge between #MetaHash and Ethereum. Now we are working on a correct display of a relevant section in Network Monitor, an app to track the synchronization of ETH and BTC clients. Hope you are waiting for new bridge functionality even more than tokens :)
What about more prosaic (but no less important!) issues:
Do you know how to make transactions using your own Peer-node? If no, it’s time to know :) Thanks to the efforts of our Ambassador Nik Pechkin, one of the important files for Peer-notes was updated. The corrected version is already available on GitHub.
To quickly replace the old file, just use the following command:
wget -N https://raw.githubusercontent.com/metahashorg/peer_node/master/install/peer.network — no-check-certificate
Our IT specialists are looking for ways to improve the update process and make the node as stable as possible.
