Project progress 03.09.2021

It’s time to flip the calendar to September and meet the new report!

If you didn’t read the AMA of MetaHash co-founder Gleb Nikitin, you can do it by the attached link. Thanks again to the MHC.ZONE team for the prepared summary!

So, we continue to follow our path of development and get closer to the launch of smart tokens! Two weeks ago, we talked about the three steps required for this: updating the Service Torrent, as well as a new version of the MetaGate shell and interface. And we have done two of them.

It’s your turn! Now is the time to upgrade your S-Torrent nodes to v.0.149. The release, as always, is available on GitHub.

MetaGate also received a new version 1.20.5. Be sure to install it, and in case of problems, you can contact support@metahash.org.

Next, one more thing necessary for launching tokens — updating the MetaGate interface (track the version of the program in the left bottom corner of the window :)

The documentation for working with smart tokens isn’t ready yet, but be sure, it will be published when possible.

Work on the bridge with the Ethereum network is also going on. By the way, we won’t stop there and are considering options for the connection with other blockchains, such as Bitcoin, BSC, and others.

And, of course, we didn’t forget about Voting. It is ready and waiting for its time to be published. We’ll inform you about this in the coming articles.

Voting will undoubtedly help our blockchain become more independent and strengthen the role of the community in the development of the project.

And we’ll be sharing more details about the development of the NFT very soon!

Yes, there is still a lot of work ahead. Nevertheless, all the tools, mentioned in the Roadmap, help not only develop the project but also solve important issues facing other cryptocurrencies, in particular, such as ultra-fast and decentralized payments. And not only online, but offline too :)
