The first half of 2021 is coming to an end. In the meantime, our project has reached new heights and our community has grown several times. This is all thanks to you, active users! Let’s take a look back at the progress of the past few months — it also helps newcomers learn more about #MetaHash.
Of course, the decentralization achievement was the key step. It opened many new opportunities for the network itself and its members.
This was preceded by another important step in #MetaHash development — the full-fledged operation of Core nodes into the mainnet. Most of the other roles were also updated.
Another big event is the publication of a new Roadmap for the coming year. Here you can check how ambitious our projects are. We're happy to follow them (of course, with your help!) as planned.
This means that very soon you can enjoy such new functional as:
- Interfaces. We will develop a user interface for smart tokens, which will allow everyone to create and configure their own tokens, and automatically upload them to our network;
- Applications. For non-exchangeable tokens (NFT) we will make a special application to simplify working with them;
- Integration solutions. We’ll add the possibility of open-source integration with third-party DEX- and DeFi-projects.

Every step of our program is aimed to make the crypto world more accessible and usable for everyone. In this respect, we already make some progress which makes #MetaHash unique:
The hardware requirements are very affordable. We pay special attention to network testing and fix every problem so that the platform works smoothly even with weak nodes;
The requirements for the number of coins are also low. Seed cap depends on the node type, but in any case allows users to get their own nodes;
No special knowledge is needed to work with #MetaHash. Just with access to a normal PC, anyone can start forging by wallet as well as delegating funds;
Forging by wallet is possible even without buying coins. Members of the #MetaGather referral program receive 1,000 #MHC for rent to get a guaranteed reward as well as a chance for a random reward of up to ~62,500 #MHC!
Without partners and community efforts, it would be difficult to realize all our intentions. That's why #MetaHash is working hard to develop partnerships and establish users’ communication.
For example, we recently started a collaboration with the Token Echo project. This team will help us with our DEX plans, in particular by developing oracles that will improve the quality of the decentralized exchange.
The support of enthusiasts is also priceless. For example, we are very thankful to one of the most dedicated members Robert Bibb. As the founder of #HashtagSpace decentralized domain service, he is constantly engaged in its improvement, as well as the creation of user-friendly tools. Thus, he created a decentralized social network and a "bridge" to buy #MHC via PayPal. We are more than sure that Robert will continue to work on interesting and important developments based on a truly decentralized platform.
Other activists, the MHConnect team, have introduced great mobile wallet versions. The Android app has been available since the end of 2020, but the real recognition and full functionality were received this year. The iOS version was released in April.
Not so long ago we’ve noticed another bright star in the #MetaHash space! It’s the MHC.ZONE, a team that focuses on popularizing the project. The last significant increase in users' number largely belongs to them.
And thanks to well-known Jonas, the founder of MHC.ZONE, we got a special bot for convenient and easy thanking or supporting other members of the community.
In other words, a great decentralized project has a great decentralized community! We are very grateful for your ideas and creativity, keep this up!
