Friends, our community is growing, so we want to tell newcomers about how our network is structured and how it develops.

The #MetaHash system depends on forging provided by nodes and #MHC delegating. You can find more information about how to forge in our tutorials here and here. Forging involves users’ computing resources without great energy consumption, that’s why each participant receives a random reward in case of fulfilling the conditions (specified in White Paper for each type of node). However, at the moment the resources of users’ computers are not yet used: the distribution of random rewards occurs daily with the aim to form loyalty to the project. Usage of forcing devices resources (IP, hard disk, processor) is scheduled for May / June 2019.

The rewards are distributed among the active members of the community — it helps motivate the nodes to forge, to process transactions and to confirm the digital signature. Random rewards are formed from the daily pool made of delegated coins and the commission from all transactions proved by the network. However, the project is developing rapidly: the #MetaHash team has calculated that by the end of this year the number of active wallets will grow several times and reach about 1 million. The community is growing faster than the load on the system: today the network is less than 20% loaded, so commissions are not yet taken into account. Transactional commissions in the #MetaHash project will be at least 10 times cheaper than in other blockchain projects. But even such a commission will significantly increase the size of reward and give bigger remuneration than from the current daily forging.

Now two roles are available to users: a wallet (#MetaHash Wallet) and a proxy node (Peer Node). White Paper states that the Peer-node will be rewarded if the wallet balance is at least 100,000 #MHC and if the amount of delegated #MHC does not exceed 999,900. However, now the hard cap of Peer-nodes is significantly exceeded: we provide an opportunity to delegate up to 10 million instead of 999,900 coins. Therefore, in the future, when the load on the network reaches the proper level, the volume of delegated coins (and, as a result, the random reward) will decrease. The following roles (Master (Core) / Slave / Verification / Blockchain) will be launched according to the plan and tested in TestNet, some of the requirements for such nodes you can already found in the project documents.

The development of a fundamentally new and complex decentralized network cannot be easy for understanding, that is why we are ready to answer all your questions and develop the network as transparently as possible. The future of the #MetaHash project depends on each member of our community: volumes of used #MHC, participation in the processing and confirmation of transactions, support for decentralized applications, activity in the network — everything matters. So let’s develop #MetaHash together!
