Maria, our Mobile Lead

Maria is one of the newest additions to our team. Since taking on her role as the Mobile Lead at Metalyfe, Maria has stated to assemble her mobile team. Maria left Safelayer Secure Communications, where she was developing an identification system based on integrated authentication and electronic-signature services to join the Metalyfe team. She was part of creating the application foundation, and further responsible for developing, releasing and maintaining Android and iOS applications for different clients. These tasks included designing and implementing cryptographic SDKs for both Android and iOS devices. Maria is extremely excited for the opportunity to develop mobile applications for Metalyfe, this time using blockchain technology.

Maria grew up in Catalonia with a French mother and Catalan father, where she was raised speaking three languages (Catalan, French and Spanish). Recently adding English and Portuguese to her linguistic repertoire allows her to communicate with almost anyone in any part of the world. This trait is extremely valuable as Maria loves to travel. Asking her to select the favorite place she has visited is nearly an impossible task, however her top three include, Varanasi (India), Baracoa (Cuba) and Guajiru (Brazil).

Maria proudly holds a university degree in computer science, and since graduating she has focused her career on the mobile sector. Maria’s experience in mobile application safety and security are a valuable asset to the Metalyfe team. Maria and her mobile team are working towards the release of the Metalyfe Android mobile browser for Q1 of 2019.
