Dear Resetters,
We are excited to announce the launch of our Live2Earn community engagement program starting from June 1, 2024. This initiative is part of the groundbreaking incentive system ‘Live2Earn’ in the metaverse space. The community engagement reward system will run until December 2024, rewarding members who make significant contributions to the project. This system was initially tested as a Proof of Concept under the ‘Top 100 Community Members Reward System’ for about 12 months starting from from May 2022.
The Live2Earn Community Engagement Reward System will transition into Live2Earn UBI in December 2024, w.r.t our roadmap, to drive widespread adoption of the Odyssey metaverse.
A 2% tax will be used to buy back Reset tokens and reward L2E Community members qualified. There are eligibility criteria to receive incentives, with key activities and their respective points as follows (not limited to):
- Try our Metaverse (Alpha) version: Provide a minimum of 5 detailed feedbacks. Record a video of your walkthrough or take pictures and post them on Twitter. Share with our community manager Del — 25 points.
- Share (Retweet & like) all Odyssey-related posts regularly: Send the link/screenshot to Del — 5 points.
- Tweet threads about Odyssey and Reset: Send the link/screenshot to Del — 15 points.
- Provide positive or constructive feedback on RESET: For negative constructive feedback, specify the improvements you’d like to see and how you can contribute as a community member — 10 points.
- Upvote and share our socials as needed — points.
Future Steering Board
We will establish a 100-member steering board to govern Odyssey. These members will be carefully selected from various areas of expertise to significantly contribute to Odyssey’s development. Ninety of these members will be elected every three years. The remaining ten members will be selected from the community based on their extensive contributions to $RESET and the Odyssey metaverse.
During the Proof of Concept in 2022, we announced two steering board members selected from community for their significant contributions: Eric Cryptoman and Barton Hill. You could be the next steering member governing the Odyssey Metaverse.
