Konstantin Nesterov, or NesterovK, has been supporting Metaverse in the Russian community for a long time. To get to know NesterovK better, we had an interview with him. Let us hear more from him.
Q: Can you please introduce yourself a bit? Maybe a fun fact that we would not expect?
A: I’m glad to meet you, I’m Konstantin Nesterov and graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the South Ural State University. Funny fact? Oh yes, I learned about cryptocurrency from a friend in early 2017 and began to take an active interest in this, I realized that I can earn money as forex, but my mistake was that I did not take into account the volatility of the market and almost lost my investment. But the study of the market has borne fruit and returned everything completely.
Q: When do you start to know about Blockchain? What attracts you most or what the most interesting thing about it to you?
A: I learned about the blockchain immediately, but it took a certain amount of time to study it. In fact, blockchain is really like the formation of the Internet, it began in the 1950s and it took more than 50 years for us to see the Internet as it is now. So is blockchain, this is an amazing technology whose potential has not yet been revealed.
Q: How did you hear about Metaverse and what is the role you will play in Metaverse?
A: I learned about Metaverse in October 2017, as soon as the token appeared on the exchange of Bitfinex, intuition immediately prompted that it would be a strong and long-term investment. When I started to learn, realized that Metaverse blockchain in the final result can take high places in the world of the crypto industry, which encouraged me to create an initiative group for the community in Russia and after a while I was offered to become Ambassador to Metaverse, which I was endlessly happy about.
Q: What do you hope to achieve being Metaverse ambassador? What are you particularly excited to work on?
A: For me, it’s important that the blockchain is no longer perceived as a speculative component, people get the impression that crypto-currencies and blockchain is just a temporary trend. Metaverse will be able to demonstrate the real application of technology, its practicality and ease of use. I am very honored to work with Metaverse and hope do make an endeavor to change the ways that traditional finance are processed and to make the New Reality.
