The Global Hackathon

On April 8 and 9, the Global Hackathon is coming to Los Angeles, bringing together participants of various backgrounds such as students, professionals, and industry experts to solve issues using blockchain.
MetaX will participate and present a challenge for participants to analyze factors within the Token-Curated Registry (TCR) 1.0 mechanism. Our goal is for participants to delve deeper into TCRs functionality, usability, and scalability, and generate observations for the MetaX team focusing on the adChain project. Lastly, we ask that these recommendations primarily focus on the adChain Publisher Registry TCR. We’ve already learned so much from launching the first TCR; now it’s the community’s turn to help!
Since the TCR mechanism has already been in existence for about two years, a variety of research is available. Hackathon participants can reference this research, but copying is a definite no. Three winners will receive cash prizes and recognition from the adChain project team.
Who knows, maybe a lucky winner’s ideas could be utilized in a possible re-deployment of the adChain Publisher Registry!
This event is important to our team because we stand behind the mission of continued blockchain education, and hackathons are prime examples of ways to ignite that mission. Also, we are always proud to participate in local, Los Angeles events and remain home town leaders in the blockchain space.
