Development update for Feb/Mar 2024

Full speed ahead in Feb/Mar. Highlights include:

Deployed node sale platform successfully.
Technical partnership with Ava Labs to build XSeed Chain.
Technical partnership with Ferrum Networks for smart contracts.
Started development of new Unreal Engine game called Dragon Shade.
Start to integrate AI optimization tools into the design and development workflows.
Build of engagement based rewards system
Hired 10 additional team members for games, website, cloud platform and testing.

MXS Platform

Missions System

MXS Gold rewards system is being designed for optimal engagement and will be rolled out in multiple phases. There will be many categories of rewards based on:

Daily Check-in
Ecosystem Engagement
Social Media Engagement
Gameplay quests
On-chain activity

Login System

Add additional login capabilities towards a goal of creating an universal login system (MXS Passport). Integration of Twitter into website. Ongoing work to integrate Telegram, Discord & Facebook.

Node Sale Platform

Continuous updates to nodes UI. Design of NFT smart contract and reward system along with Ferrum Networks. Node licence NFT contracts are being created.

Game Launcher

Games launcher being revised to handle game chunks and also optimise version control of games. Also integration into the new login and rewards systems ongoing.

Token Launch

The current target for XSEED token launch is planned to be Q2 2024 and all preparation work has started. Launch strategy and planning ongoing. Token contract completed and final tests being done. Launch is dependant of completion of funding rounds, smart contract audits and market conditions.

Vesting and Staking

Design work has started on an integrated and audited solution for post token launch related smart contracts — Vesting and Staking. Extra emphasis is being placed on security and we are engaging with the very best in the industry to support that process.

Launch

Public rounds are oversubscribed and have already chosen our launch partners which will be announced in due course. TGE will occur on Avalanche. Our blockchain mainnet will be available approx 1 year after TGE and there will be a bridge to migrate between chains. Node licence holders will start to receive rewards shortly after TGE.

Blockchain

MXS Games is delighted to announce that we shall be integrating to the industry leading gaming blockchain infrastructure provided by Ava Labs. Avalanche subnets are a dynamic set of validators working together to achieve consensus on the state of a set of blockchain network and used by leading gaming projects such as Shrapnel and Gunzilla Games.

After a long evaluation period, we have been very impressed with the value that can be harnessed by utilising AvaCloud and the associated mature infrastructure. Seamless integration to Layer Zero, Third Web and other world class and fully audited solutions will benefit MXS Games by allowing us to focus on what we do best — build games!

Dragon Shade

Start development of new Unreal Engine concept game Dragon Shade. This game will uses the very latest innovations such as meta humans, nanites, dynamic liquids and advanced weather systems. It is important for us to ensure we keep developing new modules to be used for future games and stay ahead on the technology side.
