Recap of the MTRG Token Sales — Big Success!
Our Meter Governance token (MTRG) sales are ending and they have been a huge success!
We’ve been building the Meter network for over two years, and it’s great to see all the support and investment from our community and have our hard work pay off.
Here’s a quick recap about how everything went.
TL;DR — everything went amazingly well! 😃
IEO on Gate.io
Our IEO on Gate.io was massively oversubscribed!
Our goal was to raise $600,000 (1.2M MTRG), and 2272 investors contributed $27,439,049–45.7 times our goal!

Public Sale on Cobak ICO Platform
We held a public sale in Korea on the Cobak ICO platform, and their allocation of 200,000 MTRG sold out in less than one minute!
Blockzone MTO
We also worked with our friends at STP Network to offer a Micro Token Offering (MTO) of 200,000 MTRG to the STP community on Blockzone.
There was extremely strong interest in the sale, as the MTO sold out in seconds and overwhelmed the Blockzone servers!
Community Token Sale
Finally, we held a community token sale for those who could not participate in the above sales.
This sale is still being finalized, but it’s oversubscribed. More final details to come, and we’ll provide an update here.
