We’re Metta.
We’ve helped governments, startups, venture capital funds, global businesses, angel investors (and more!) be more innovative and more sustainable. Most recently, we were the delivery partner for the ATI Boeing Accelerator. We worked with Boeing (and its corporate VC fund, HorizonX Global Ventures), the UK Government and the Aerospace Technology Institute and wider UK industry (including aerospace, energy and more) to develop and deliver a programme designed to support the growth of world-class innovation.
Who are we?
We’ve founded startups (and scaled and sold them too), created and led world-class innovation programmes across three continents, invested in businesses across a broad range of sectors and helped industry leaders innovate at speed.
Between us, we’ve directly supported more than 100 startups in the UK, Europe and further afield. We’ve also helped deploy £3m+ into innovative early-stage businesses with VC funds, angel investors and corporate funds.
What we do
From planning strategic direction, through to designing and delivering innovation programmes, to developing and nurturing ecosystems, we’ve deep experience from our time in a variety of industries. We’re comfortable working with the executive level, where we work top-down to design and deliver meaningful strategy across business units, geographies and further afield.
We’re equally happy in the trenches, providing practical training to frontline teams to help them do their jobs better and more sustainably.
Why we do it
To us, innovative sustainability, or sustainable innovation, isn’t just being conscious of the polar ice caps, or your carbon footprint. We look beyond SDGs and use technology to consider the work we do and its impact on society, the economy and the wider world.
And we’re not just another strategy consultancy in an already noisy market. We’re not here to sell products to our clients that are based on things we’ve learned from theory. What we do is based on our decades of practical experience as startup founders, investors and innovators.

We’re also launching Metta Talks, a podcast where we’ll trade tips and war stories with some of the incredible people in our network.
