FLETA Partners with BTour Chain, a Platform for Sharing Consumer’s Review & Rating
FLETA signed a strategic partnership with a blockchain-based customer’s review & rating sharing platform, BTour Chain.
BTour Chain was founded by An Seong-soo, a former Prime Minister of South Korea. It provides a blockchain technology-based smart device solution to various fields. Many satisfaction surveys consume a lot of time and cost, so they are frequently considered inefficient. Moreover, many consumers do not participate in the survey, and sometimes, some people pretend they are actual customers and leave fake reviews and ratings, which may dwindle the survey’s credibility. Btour Chain aims to improve the current satisfaction evaluation system to benefit both survey participants and those that utilize the survey data.
For their goal, BTour Chain launched a SoeT system(Satisfaction of everyThing) that utilizes SoeT devices with built-in cameras and motion detectors. By using SoeT, consumers can assess their satisfaction with the goods or services by using hand signals. Showing five fingers indicates ‘very satisfied,’ and a hand signal with only one finger means ‘very unsatisfied.’
SoeT records its data on a blockchain, so they cannot be modified or erased. Also, only actual customers can evaluate how much they are satisfied. Therefore, it is believed that SoeT’s data is credible and can actually help both service users and providers.
Furthermore, under the SoeT system, you can check real-time data of customers via FigerRate, an application for SoeT. After more technologies are applied to the system, additional information of other users, such as gender and age, will be applied to the satisfaction data. SoeT device was first installed near Googokpokpo, one of the tourist attractions. SoeT devices are planned to be installed in diverse areas, such as international tourist attractions, cafes, movie theaters. Service providers can efficiently utilize the data SoeT offers for better services and marketing strategies.
