1. Start Date: Oct. 23rd. 2019 at 00 AM KST. (GMT +9)
2. The First day of paying FLETA Formulator server fee: Oct. 23rd. 2019 at 00 AM (GMT+9) — Oct. 24th 00 AM (24hours)
3. Those who created Formulator after Oct. 23rd, have to pay maintenance fees FIRST to activate your Formulator
4. Notice for unpaid maintenance fees
5. Please keep in mind that the UNPAID of Formulator will STOP mining temporarily without unstaking or getting a block reward.
