MEVerse Labs signed a Business Agreement with real estate company ‘RealtyKorea’ to promote STO-related business
We are delighted to share this fantastic news that MEVerse Labs signed a business agreement with real estate company RealtyKorea to promote STO(Security Token Offering)-related business on 26th December 2023.
STO stands for security token offering. It is a process similar to an ICO, where an investor exchanges money for coins or tokens representing their investment. However, unlike ICOs, STO’s take it a step further and distribute tokens that fall under the status of securities. Recently, user’s demand and interest in fragmented investments have increased, and securities firms are moving quickly to build STO platforms before the passage of STO-related legislation and establishing an institutional foundation.
RealtyKorea is a real estate company whose primary business areas include purchasing and selling commercial buildings, leasing, real estate investment advisory, and asset management. RealtyKorea has built the most extensive building database in South Korea and specializes in property management and consulting services that meet the needs of its clients. In addition, Realty Korea has provided more than 10k real estate listing and professional services to clients in the financial sector, including KB Bank, KB Securities, Woori Bank, and NH Bank. Through knowledge and experiences, they have established themselves as a trust-based real estate company.
