📢Recap of 2024 MEVerse Vision Roadmap📢

We would like to share the current status of MEVerse vision roadmap for 2024.

We have shared the vision roadmap of MEVerse, which has supported MEVerse’s on-chain games such as Pocket Battles: NFT War, X Heroes NFT War and Solitaire Crypto War through Mainnet 2.0 update and EVM integration, in order to expand MEVerse Mainnet ecosystem and broaden its use cases in 2024. We would like to briefly share the current progress in this regard.

[MEVerse Mainnet Update]

Currently, RPC Node is operated with 4 Seed Nodes and Multiple Nodes. The existing Seed Nodes were completely disclosed to the public and also used for block propagation like general nodes operated by the foundation. However, this method was improved to disclose only the Seed Nodes to the public and upgrade the general nodes operated by the foundation to operate as RPC nodes. We are operating public RPC nodes on MEVerse Scan and stabilize them by binding each node as a proxy.

In addition, we solved an issue with block height difference due to synchronization issue between each node by additionally developing our own algorithm management. Based on this RPC node stabilization, we are still working on the development to upgrade MEVerse Scan, one of the main infrastructures of MEVerse mainnet, and to achieve this, we implemented direct contract interaction feature through ABI (Application Binary Interface). An update on MEVerse Scan will be completed in 2025.

[MEVerse Ecosystem Update]

To support MEVerse mainnet on Web3 E-sports tournament platform, we collaborated with blockchain-based tournament platform and supported the development of sidechain based on MEVerse mainnet. The convergence of E-sports tournaments and blockchain technology is a new ecosystem that increases the transparency and reliability of tournament operations and breaks down the framework of existing game competitions, enabling gamer-led competitions and prize distribution rather than developers. MEVerse will continue to create new business opportunities in Web3 E-sports market.

MEVerse Holdem, which was also revealed in 2024 roadmap, will open the door to this new digital competitive ecosystem. MEVerse Holdem is a MEVerse’s onboarding game based on Korea’s first social Texas Hold’em game, “Fulpot Hold’em”, which has been enjoyed for 14 years. It is a Hold’em game developed by ME2ON, the only listed hold’em game company in Korea. A variety of games, including Texas Hold’em, Omaha Hold’em, Antes Hold’em, and Turbo Hold’em are provided, and there is a multi-table feature that allows up to 4 games to be played simultaneously. It was renewed with gorgeous graphics along with vertical screen UI optimized for mobile devices and launched globally on November 14, 2024.

MEVerse Holdem combines Web3 E-sports features with in-game live poker tournaments based on Fulpot Hold’em. It is scheduled to be onboarded on MEVerse mainnet in 2025, and the game details will be announced in the future.

In addition to MEVerse Holdem, new onboarding projects will be added in 2025 following the launch of Pocket Battles: NFT War and Solitaire Crypto War.

[New STO Business]

STO, which financial assets are tokenized and traded , will certainly become a future technology that will significantly improve asset liquidity in the financial market through digital transformation of the existing financial market, such as investment accessibility expansion and global market integration through tokenization of real assets, and brokerage cost reduction.

To prepare for this future trend, MEVerse also signed MOUs with several real estate companies and conducted R&D. In 2024, we signed an MOU with ‘Realty Korea Brokerage Corporation’, a specialized company in real estate, and began preliminary preparation to promote STO business. We also signed an MOU with ‘Aston Development’, a comprehensive real estate development company, to prepare to target the STO market.

Currently, there are positive regulations in the field of blockchain and digital assets in Korea, which allow only acts explicitly permitted by law. In order to actually start the STO business, a clear legal basis for the current token securities issuance and distribution discipline system is required. As related laws and regulations are continuing to be revised, MEVerse will continue to monitor the market environment and legal regulatory situation and actively respond to the STO market.
