Sendsquare Is Acquired by ME2ZEN, a Global Mobile Game Company
We are pleased to announce that Sendsquare, a foundation that developed Fleta, was acquired by ME2ZEN on 21st January 2022. ME2ZEN has acquired 51% of Sendsquare’s share capital, and Sendsquare will become its subsidiary company. Sendsquare will change its corporate name to MEVerse Labs, and its mainnet, Fleta, will be renamed to MEVerse.
ME2ZEN is a subsidiary of ME2ON, a global mobile game company with more than 170M users worldwide. MEVerse Labs(former Sendsquare) will be in charge of the blockchain business of the ME2ON Group, expanding its ecosystem internationally by launching new services in the NFT and P2E areas. It is expected that MEVerse Lab’s blockchain technology and ME2ON’s international network will bring great synergy, elevating the business outcome.
After the MEVerse mainnet upgrade to 2.0, the ME2ON Group’s games, such as Pocket Battles, Solitaire, and Rift Sweepers, will utilize the MEVerse mainnet, and our new blockchain-based games will be opened to global users.
