We are excited to share this excellent news that MEVerse Labs signed a business agreement with ST Development, specializing in comprehensive real estate development.
ST Development is pursuing the construction of people-oriented real estate facilities that meet the needs of customers and the demand for various housing types in the future. They also provide an optimal customized system for overall real estate construction as well.
By communicating with various partners such as lawyers, accounting/tax accountants, and financial advisors, ST Development is specialized in various types of real estate, including “Real Estate Complex Development” used for urban regeneration, “Residential Development” used for an apartment and office buildings, and “Non-residential Development” used for shopping malls, hotels, and resorts etc.
Through this business agreement, MEVerse Labs will be in charge of supporting the blockchain technology required for STO issuance and the network infrastructure needed to build the STO platform based on its excellent technology, and ST Development will be in charge of providing real estate-related knowledge, information, and contents.
