Detailed Add Device Flow Guide: Connecting Your AC to Mevris
In order to successfully connect your smart air conditioner to Mevris, carefully follow these simple steps.
- Enter the specific site section where you need to add your AC. Click the “Plus” sign to assign the appliance to the created site.
2. After clicking the “plus “sign, you’ll be redirected to a new page where you need to select the appliance’s type.
3. After clicking the selected device, you need to establish “system (PC/Mobile) to AC kit connection”.
4. Click on “NEXT” button that popped up on the new window.
5. Now establish PC/System to Kit connection by scanning the Wi-Fi hotspot of the air conditioner’s Wi-Fi kit on your personal device (PC/Mobile) and afterwards click on “SCAN” button.
6. Discover the device’s SSID on your system and place the correct password in the empty field. Now, click “SCAN” to find all available internet connections. (Note: Make sure to connect to the right SSID, the hotspot name/SSID & the password key can be found on the appliance’s box & leaflet).
7. Now, click “Scan” to enable Mevris to search for all available Wi-Fi connections to connect the air conditioner to the internet.
8. Choose your desired local internet connection, enter Wi-Fi’s password & then click “OK”.
9. Now, to enable connection between your system & the local internet, click “Next”.
10. Finally, click “NEXT” to complete the “Add Device flow”.
11. After forming all connections, you’ll be redirected to the site/asset detail page to validate the status of the added air conditioner.
