What is an IEO?

An Initial Exchange Offering is different from an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), an IEO is administered by a crypto exchange on behalf of the startup that seeks to raise funds with its newly issued tokens.

Who is carrying out the IEO?

Metaverse Capital (FORK)

You can find more information about the FORK with the link above.

“Global Blockchain Technologies Corp., Metaverse Capital (“FORK”, “GBCHF”) controls a tremendous volume of computing power for mining cryptocurrencies, operating masternodes/servicenodes, and providing witness services. Further, FORK has equity in Spectra7, a producer of cutting-edge semiconductors for the blockchain, and seeks to make similar strategic investments in blockchain technology innovators.”

How will the IEO be structured?

“The first round is set to begin in the next 30 calendar days“ — FORK

The details are below:

“The IEO is to be conducted in four stages, each on different exchanges, availing a maximum of 55,000,000 MVU out of the total supply of 105,000,000 MVU.

From prior MVU sale efforts by MeVu, more than USD $350,000 was raised for 5,000,000 MVU (between USD $0.07 and USD $0.08 per MVU).”

“Our strategy with the IEO for MVU is to reach as wide of a range of participants as possible, by having four rounds on four different exchanges,”

FORK president and CEO Shidan Gouran.

What is the total supply of MVU?

The total supply is still 105 Million MVU and we’ll be announcing in the future how those reserve funds are utilized, but primarily for marketing and events.

This is a topic we’ve had many discussions about with the community in the past and will monitor as the platform releases new features.

Where are we in development?

Last summer, we announced we had created our MVP and had an initial airdrop to test out the platform in line with the world cup.

If you participated in the airdrop you will receive your MVU post IEO.

In February, we released the Beta for the super bowl.

You can find our project live at dapp.mevu.bet and test out features as they become available.
