Consumer attitude towards Autonomous Cars in Asia varies quite a bit. Chinese consumers seem to be the most aggressive and progressive in the thought process. Japanese seem to be the most Cautious. India / South East Asia fall in the middle.

Chinese consumers the biggest believers, while Japanese are the most cautious

Japanese consumers trust the traditional Car Manufacturers for the Autonomous Vehicles. Indians and South East Asian consumers trust big Tech brands (like Google, …) while Chinese look to new Vehicle OEMs.
