We’ve come a long way since the first MHacks in February 2013. In less than five years, the MHacks community has grown from four friends at the University of Michigan to thousands all over the world. With nine epic hackathons (plus one online event) under our belt, we’re not planning on stopping anytime soon. Join us September 22nd to 24th for MHacks X.
MHacks X will be a celebration of events both past and yet to come. Join 1200 hackers at the University of Michigan’s North Campus for a weekend of hacking, not-hacking, and everything in between. There’s a lot to look forward to, so we hope you’re excited for what’s coming.
The Legacy of MHacks
MHacks has been transforming the hackathon scene since its inception. We’re proud of what our community has accomplished and excited to see what the future holds. We’ll be taking a close look back at what made each MHacks special to make sure that we’re providing you with your best hackathon experience yet.
The Hacker Community
MHacks wouldn’t be possible without you and the amazing support you’ve given us. For this reason, we want to hear from you. We’ll be hosting hacker office hours in the near future to learn more about what you hope to get out of MHacks X. And with our Adopt-A-Hacker program (more details coming soon), we hope to include more hackers and grow the community even further.
Applications are open until September 4th, but you must apply by August 14th to be considered for a travel reimbursement. We’ll be evaluating applications on a rolling basis, so head to mhacks.org to make an MHacks account and apply for MHacks X today! The original epic hackathon is ready to do it again.
