This week, we picked ourselves up, dusted our clothes and took hold of the reins again. You could say our audience inspired us in their resilience in serving this country. In our resilience, we planned for small victories as we head towards the big victory. We are less than a month away from this phase of the project coming to an end. Final presentations are hastily approaching and we can confidently claim that we are .. almost ready. Our prototype is at last in full development stage, designs are being finalized, best of all we are intensely user testing!

Our excitement this week has stemmed from the user testing sessions we have planned for throughout this weekend. Our target audience has been elusive over the past 7 months of this project, now we will be closer than we have gotten before. During this weekend, we will station ourselves at an Army Reserve Center as we engage members of the 316th Sustainment during their drill time. With great support, we will be testing our prototypes with E4s and E5s who are in the National Guard and the Army Reserve. The support that we have from them is humbling and we are glad that they are excited as we are about the solutions that we are proposing.

In the next couple of weeks as we bring to a soft end this phase of the project and our lives, it is hard not to get reflective. Looking ahead can be daunting at times, so we sometimes look back to see where we have been to gain momentum for where we need to be. We seek to change lives as ours have been changed in this process. Our goal remains, to provide a path and light to those who serve this great country when they rejoin our neighborhoods and especially our offices.
