That’s a Wrap
Eight months, thousands of hours, dozens of stakeholders, one final solution.
We made it to the finish line. At times it felt like this day would never come, but we made it! After putting the final touches on our designs and prototype for Iris, we delivered a presentation diving into our problem space, research, Iris’ features, and implementation plans to HCI designers at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California; our stakeholders at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama; and our CMU MHCI classmates and teachers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
While our team has now completed the Capstone project, the research we conducted, insights gathered, and design solution we delivered remain as evidence of the time and energy poured into seeking the right solution for our discipline engineer stakeholders.
