Ranking The Top 6 TDE Artists!
Top Dawg Entertainment is a rap label created back in 2004 by Anthony Tiffith.The Black Panther Soundtrack that was released earlier this year featured a lot TDE artists on it. Kendrick Lamar is apart of TDE with other notable artists such as: ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad and, SZA. Today I will be ranking and having an overlook of these 6 artists careers.
6. Isaiah Rashad- Mainly known for his 2014 XXL Cypher with popular rappers Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa. Isn’t horrible in any way but out of the rest of these artists, he isn’t the best.
Favorite Song: Stuck in the Mud (feat. SZA)
5. Jay Rock- The most popular song on the Black Panther album is King’s Dead by: Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar and Future. Isn’t the best but is still really good. Has a distinctive voice that his followers enjoy.

4. SZA- Being the only girl in TDE didn’t stopping her from dropping her debut album Ctrl. The album was great with features from many mainstream artists including: Travis Scott and, Kendrick Lamar.
Favorite Song: Love Galore (feat. Travis Scott)
3. Ab-Soul- Debatably could be #4 but I put him over SZA because of his lyricism. One of my favorite bars of all time has come from this artist: “I went from selling records out my record shop, To my record selling out the record shop, That’s a paradox like a pair of yachts”
Favorite Song: Bloody Waters (with Anderson. Paak and James Blake)
2. Schoolboy Q- Although he disappointed me in 2017, Schoolboy is still definitely one of my favorite artists. Dropped an amazing album in 2016 with Blank Face LP. Hoping for a huge 2018 return from Schoolboy.
Favorite Song: Studio (feat. BJ The Chicago Kid)
1. Kendrick Lamar- No surprise with #1 as he is one of if not the best current rapper. Kendrick has given us many many amazing albums and just released the Black Panther Album earlier this year which was pretty good.
